pin cold feed rubber extruder is applicable to extruding types of tread in radial tyre and cross-ply tyre preparation, extruding bead apex, covering rubber of electric wire, electric cable and rubber hose, extruding rubber board, slab, conveyer belting and rubber core. also the extruder is widely used for feeding rubber on steel cord calendering line, feeding rubber for radial tyire's airtight seal.
the material of all screw shafts and liners is 38crmoala high-quality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the hardness hrc is 60~~65. their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good. the direct current motor is applied to infinite speed variation in transmission agent. reduction is a hard tooth face cylinder gearwheel reducer. the transmission is stable and reliable. the agent has small volume and low noise.
