Product Description
Exhaust Cold Feed Rubber Extruder is applicable to producing vulcanized rubber in continuous mode at normal atmosphere or less pressure, such as rubber covering of electric wire and cable, and inner of hose, and different form material sealing joint strip, and so on.
Advantage: The special design and material of screw shaft are used for a well smelting and mixing. On that base, by the vacuum system of the machine to excrete gas, water and the other volatile matter in rubber. The compact ability and quality of product is improved. The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoALA highquality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the very hardness HRC is 60~65. Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good.
