Product Description
General Hot Feed Rubber Extruder is mainly applicable to shape extruding tupes of products. It has kindes of extruder heads for covering rubber of hose, electric wire and cable, also extruding types of tread, various different type rubber plate and board, and other rubber products.
The material of all screw shafts and liners is 38CrMoALA highquality steel, the surface of them is processed by nitrogen treatment and the very hardness HRC is 60~65. Their resistance to wear and corrosion is very good.
The advantages of the extruder are simple structures, low production cost, widely use and operates easy.
